The Sengia Estate lies right behind the winery, at the foot of hills below the village of San Giorgio “Ingannapoltron”. This area includes eight and a half hectares of vineyards, most of which with a Guyot training system, and the other with a “pergoletta” Veronese. The density of plant per hectar is about 6,000 plants for the guyot and 3,300 for the pergola. Here the grapes grow and mature, in full respect of the tradition of the area, exclusively "autochthonous": Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. The grapes are carefully harvested and then dried naturally on racks. After the traditional winemaking process, these grapes give their best in the highly prized range of “Sengia” and “Il Velluto”. The remaining four hectares of land are cultivated for about one and a half hectares with olive trees and the remaining wood, to respect nature and the microclimate of the valley. The yield per hectare is about 8 tons.

"Maso" estate on "La Grola " hill
The three and a half hectares of the "Maso" estate are entirely with guyot training system with a density of plant of about 6000 plants per hectare. The “Grola” area is at about 230 meters above sea level, it’s the last hill of Valpolicella Classica area. It’s considered among one of the most suited areas for its terroir, its limestone and clay soil and moreover for its mild climate, both in summer and winter, as it benefits from the influence of nearby Lake Garda. Here the native grapes are rich and structured, thanks to the peculiarities of the soil and particularly most suitable for the natural drying and production of Amarone and Recioto. The yield per hectare is about 8 tons.
