Discovering the vineyards and wines of the classic Valpolicella


A visit to the cellar and its vineyards is an experience that involves and ignites all the senses, leaving a unique sensation of suspension and magic.

We have been organizing guided tours and tastings for many years now, with the aim of making the most of our territory; thus allowing all enthusiasts and wine lovers to come into direct contact with their production reality, a unique and significant expression of the "Terroir" of the classic Valpolicella since 1935.



On the journey through Valpolicella, one of our representatives will accompany you, ready to welcome you in the language you request (Italian, English, German).

We offer various solutions and activities during the visit to the Cellar, for example:

VISIT WITH TASTING


We will walk among the rows of the historic Sengia vineyard, the cradle of our family history, telling you about the breeding methods of our crops, we will continue in the drying rooms (according to the season) and in the winemaking area, and after visiting the barrel cellar telling you how the wine rests over the years until it reaches its perfect aging, we will conclude the journey in the historic cellar dating back to 1706 where the tasting of the wines will follow with the possibility of buying them directly.

The experiences by reservation that include the visit last about an hour and

half day starting at 10.30 am, 2.30 pm and 4 pm every day from Tuesday to Saturday, if

for groups of more than 10 people, the duration is approximately two hours and there is the possibility of agreeing

the starting time according to availability.

VERTICAL AND CUSTOMIZED TASTINGS

We are available to customize the tasting with particular vintages of our wines or even with special editions of our reserves, blind or barrel tasting, in order to show you how a great wine can grow in the bottle and develop unique flavours, aromas and aromas and give you an experience to remember.

Cooking courses in the Winery

Cooking class and Cooking show
In collaboration with local chefs and cooking teachers, we organize activities, lasting up to one day, on the theme of "Local Cooking Course" in a practical way or "Presentation of local recipes". The practical courses can be customized for groups of 4 to 16 people (about 4 hours), like the cooking shows, for larger groups of 20 to 40 people (about 4 hours). After the visit to the vineyard and the wine production area, the teacher will divide the pupils into groups who will be able to help prepare the ingredients and proceed with the composition of the dishes, 3 or 4 dishes for the cooking class, 2 dishes for the cooking show, where there may not be the participation of all the pupils in the preparation. At the end you will eat the cooked food, usually 4 dishes paired with wines from our Cellar.

Activities for individuals and companies

Hall for corporate meetings, team building, promotional events, parties and banquets. The vaulted hall of the old cellar is available with a capacity of 50 seats for corporate or private events, team building, parties. In addition to the tasting and the visit to the Cellar, we offer: practical course of wine production and assembly wine tasting and appreciation course with competition and final prize food and wine-themed team activities: food/wine pairings, creation of original blends, label design, blind and barrel tasting, etc... assisted by a Sommelier (about 4 hours), with prices to be agreed according to needs, the number of participants and the type of event.
