Harvest: Strictly by hand
Vinification: Pressing and destemming of the grapes and subsequent fermentation in steel, with maceration of about 25 days and continuous interventions of pumping over the musts. Following malolactic fermentation completed at the end of November 2022.
Aging: For about a year, 50% of the wine was placed in 20/25 hl Slavonian oak barrels, and 50% in steel tanks, to then be reassembled for use in the preparatory stages of bottling and of a subsequent phase of refinement in glass before being marketed.
Gastronomic combinations: It is a traditionally produced wine that will accompany your daily life, it is suitable as an aperitif and can be perfectly combined with cured meats, slightly aged cheeses, first courses and not excessively structured foods. In summer it is recommended to serve it chilled by placing it in a glacette to accentuate its pleasantness on the palate thanks to its fruit and its pleasant acidity.
